The New Female Dormitory

Amaya Niijima

"You... don't know?" I question. I close the wardrobe and sit down next to Rexa on the bed. I watch as Mana lays on Iku's back; they could be so cute sometimes.

Dino

I shake my head. I look down, blushing slightly from embarrassment. "No..." I rub my arm awkwardly. I nibble my lip slightly.

Amaya Niijima

"Hmmm... Well, you ever heard of exorcists?" Rexa asks, tilting her head. I knew she really wanted to let her hybrid out but we weren't sure whether to trust her yet or not.

Dino

"Yeah," I say, nodding. My tail curls over my lap and I fiddle with it's tip. Blue hops over onto it and looks at the others. His head makes small sharp movements as he watches them.

Rexa Swift

"Well at the cram school, you'll learn to become one. You don't have to do it but it would be nice to have another tamer on the team," I explain. I smile warmly and I can feel my ears twitch under my beanie; I didn't know whether it was visible or not though.

Dino

I nod. "I might attend it, it does seem pretty cool to become an exorcist," I say, smiling slightly. My tail flicks happily. Blue starts pecking at it but I ignore him.

Amaya Niijima

"I would suggest getting there now then," I suggest, "We've got to do something quickly but we'll meet you there. You'll be in room 107." I smile at her before fixing my uniform. It's not like anyone would see it anyway. I stand up and I help Rexa up as well.

Dino

I nod. Blue flies onto my shoulder. I make my way out of the door. "Room 107..." I repeat. "Now where's that?..." I look left and right and walk a little way down the hall.

I search through the closet again. Finally finding it, I pull on the oversized, black hoodie. I pull the hood up and i make sure that my face is in shadow. "Ready?" Rexa asks. I nod and pull out my key. I push it into the key hole and twist it.

Dino

"Wait.... How do I?..." I sit down in the corridor with a confused look on my face. "Should I go to room 701 and find out how to use it or?..." A small growl emits in my throat. My tail thrashes slight. I look around the corridor. I remember being told that the key goes into any lock to get to cram school. I go up to my dorm door and put the key in.

Dino is now in cram school

Walking into the dorm, me and Rexa put our bags down and I take my hoodie off. I hide it in the wardrobe. I sit on my bed and pull my notebook out. I fill in the information of the teachers and the other students before placing it on a shelf. "Aya?" I hear Rexa say. "Yes Rexa?" I ask. "A-are you sure you're ok? You didn't seem too well..." she asks. I smile warmly, "I'll be fine Rexa. I'm just shaken but I'll be fine tomorrow. I promise."

Dino

I knock on the door of the dorm before entering. "I-i'm back," I say. I sit on my bed. My tail curls over my lap. I look down again. I sigh quietly.

Amaya Niijima

"Hey!" I say with glee, "How did lessons go?" I lay back on my bed, looking up at the ceiling. I smile and let out a sigh.

Dino

"They went. Fine," I reply. Blue flies over to me and lands on my tail which is laying across my lap. He looks up at me with a look of comfort. He probably could tell that I let my Dino side out.

"You sure? It doesn't sound like it," I ask. I sit up and turn to Dino. I ached and hurt but I did my best to hide it.

Dino

"Yeah I'm sure..." I say, looking into space. "I guess PE didn't go that well..." I stroke Blue's head. It felt comforting knowing that, though he can be quite stubborn, that he'll be there for me.

Amaya Niijima

"You can talk to me about it if it makes you feel better," I tell her. I smile and stand up from my bed. I go to the sink and fill a glass up with water. I take out two of my tablets from the packet. I take them, hoping that it wouldn't just help hide my demon but also help with the pain I got from the impact.

Dino

I flinch slightly. I guess it would help to talk about it, but. No. She's trying to help. I nod. "Sure... I guess talking about it will help..." I say. Blue flies onto my head. He rests his head on top of mine.

Amaya Niijima

I walk back around to the bedroom portion of the dorm. I place the box back into my pocket and sit down on my bed. Stretching, I ask, "So, what happened during the lesson?"

Dino

"I um... I have this side.... And um during a practical it came through... It's a dinosaur side... I should of never let it happen, I'm supposed to keep it under control... But I just let it out..." I look down.

Amaya Niijima

"Well, do you know why you let it out?" I ask. At least me and Rexa weren't the only ones with... abilities now.

Dino

"N-no... I mean I think it was something to do with just the pure adrenaline of it all... And I was partnered up with a girl... I wanted to protect her from the reaper..." I say.

Amaya Niijima

"Ah, so you were doing that exercise huh? Well, you didn't need to protect her from the reaper. I'm not saying you shouldn't but in that exercise, there's no need to. The teacher will always stop the reapers if something goes wrong, trust me. Since I think you're gonna be a tamer meister from the look of it, you should focus on that. In your teams you would have doctors to heal her," I explain. I try to hide my emotions; I could get caught if I said too much. I look towards the ground, my hair making my face be covered in shadow.

Dino

I nod in understanding. I rub my arm awkwardly. I sit on my bed and open my book, reading it to help calm my nerve slightly. Blue nudges my arm in a way to help comfort be slightly. I smile a little at him and stroke his head.

I wish I could tell her; I want to tell her the truth. My gaze still focused on the ground, a few tears well up in my eyes. I grit my teeth. Why? Why did I have to hide this from everyone?
